TMX-4000

Multi-Tasking Center High performance Usability is realized by large axis travel of X-axis 605 mm, Y-axis 260 mm, and Z-axis 1500 mm. Thanks to the large travel amount, highly accurate machining of such as milling and end face drilling is possible by one chucking with the C-axis (spindle) fixed.

TK-2600

TMM-250M1

CNC Lathe (2 Spindle / 2 Turret) Module-1 is equipped with upper and lower 15-station milling turrets as standard which can perform turning and rotating-tool cutting. Milling is performed by 4000 min^-1/5.5 KW milling power and Y-axis control. The upper and lower 15-station milling turrets provide stable machining accuracy by the index device having high repeatability and excellent centripetal feature.

TT-2100G is a parallel twin-spindle lathe equipped with high speed gantry loader as standard and corresponding to high-accuracy/mass-production machining. The low-center height structure with low gravity center achieves both stable cutting and high speed loader transfer, realizing high efficiency and high production.

CNC Lathe (2 Spindle / 2 Turret) Newly developed high-precision specification of the best-selling machine TT-2100G. The cycle time is reduced by increasing the rapid traverse speed with the linear guide specification. High precision direct measuring system (patented) minimizes the effect of thermal displacement. This system achieves one-shot good quality.
